About the job
We are looking for a senior influencer marketer who will be responsible for running all elements of successful influencer campaigns for Scooperz’ portfolio of clients that span beauty, fashion, luxury, technology, lifestyle and food. In your role you will be working with brands such as YSL beauty, air up, Gymshark, Kérastase and many more.
Social media holds no secrets for you, as scrolling through Instagram and following the latest trends on TikTok is part of your daily routine.
In this role you are responsable for the client and the project execution. We are looking for new team members for our offices in Breda and Amsterdam.
Your day-to-day
Manage multiple influencer projects for global brands: from identification to execution by anticipating challenges, while ensuring deadline and budget adherence.
Develop strategies and retro planning for influencer marketing.
Forging positive and fruitful relationships with brands, influencers and talent managers by providing them with the best service prior, during and post-campaign.
Making sure the reports of the campaign performance are correctly done and implement the learnings of the reports.
Creating post-campaign case studies and proactively shares these with the team and clients.
Establish and manage the relationship with clients, relevant suppliers and stakeholders.
Discover and create new business opportunities for Scooperz (across projects and services) in communication with clients.
About you
This role is ideal for someone seeking a long-term career in Influencer marketing, with the opportunity to work with world’s leading brands and digital talent.
You are highly ambitious and motivated, and able to balance many tasks in a fast-paced environment. In addition, you've got a background in influencer marketing or social media campaign management and experience at agency side.
A strong knowledge of the social media and influencer landscape is required:
A minimum of 5 years experience in influencer marketing
Passionate about talent, influencer marketing and the role it plays in modern marketing and advertising. You're on top of the influencer marketing trends
Bachelor or university degree in a relevant field such as marketing, business, public relations, or communications, and/or relevant work experience
Up to date knowledge of social media requirements, guidelines and laws when implementing campaigns
Ability to manage multiple clients and making sure the team execute the campaigns correctly
Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Dutch, pre if you speak French
Proactive, driven and ambitious
Proven ability to focus on delivering results and achieving targets, and to maintain extended clients
Dares to think boldly and surprise colleagues and customers with solutions to improve processes and productivity
Able to work on and progress in loosely defined tasks/projects without much guidance from management
Invest in building a strong team by helping team members, solve conflicts and respect each other’s diversity
