About the job

As Operations specialist at Scooperz, you are responsible for the quality and continuity of all activities of the support desk for the various branches, which are located across several locations. This means that in addition to managing the planning, traffic and reporting processes, you will also ensure that the current processes are guided to a higher level and that the department as a whole rises to a higher level, with unambiguous and transparent processes and guidelines.

Naturally, you draw up forecasts, capacity plans and reports for each project and provide overall insight, you advise on availability arrangements and supervise the roll-out of the entire planning and reporting process for new projects.


Your day-to-day

  • You take corrective measures so that KPIs are achieved at daily and weekly level.

  • Recording incidents and identifying deviations.

  • Continuous monitoring of Intraday for the realization of colleagues' schedules and productivity (handling time).

  • Addressing colleagues if they do not work according to roster and/or are insufficiently productive and deviations are visible on KPI's.

  • Reporting productivity and work stock.

  • Processing exchange requests and ad hoc adjustments in the schedule.


About you

You are highly ambitious and motivated, and able to balance many tasks in a fast-paced environment. In addition, you've got a background in traffic management.

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a support role.

  • Experience at a contact centre is a pre.

  • Excited about social media and influencer marketing. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in Dutch.

  • Excitement to contribute to the (international) growth of Scooperz.

  • Affinity with Excel and numbers.
