About the chance

At Scooperz a leading social media- & influencer marketing agency, we create the communities of the future for brands like Miele,, De’Longhi, and Tango. We're experts in digital customer service and community management. From crafting witty replies on TikTok to engage Gen Z, to building a die-hard Facebook following for 40+ fans, or resolving urgent questions across social media channels, we adapt to each brand’s unique tone of voice and audience.

What will you do?

• Actively engage in conversations and build communities on social media.

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints with speed and empathy.

• React with the most creative reactions for our engagement clients.

• Work in a dynamic team where every day is different.

• Flexible hours (12-32 hours per week), ideal to combine with your studies.

• Work flexibly based on your availability: Monday to Sunday, between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM.

Who are you?

• A bachelor’s or master’s student in Communication, Marketing, Creative Business, or a related field.
