About the job
We are looking for an Account Director who will be responsible for running all elements of successful relationship for Scooperz’ portfolio of clients that span beauty, fashion, luxury, technology, lifestyle and food. In your role you will be working with brands such as Maxi-Cosi, DE'LONGHI and many more.
In this role you will have the responsibility to maintain and extend client relationships with exciting and innovative brands. We are looking for new team members for our office in Breda.
Your day-to-day
Identify the goals and needs of the client and set the strategy in motion (including experts from the team(s)).
Build strong relationships with clients; inspire and excite them about ways to work with Scooperz to support their business objectives.
Collaborate with our other departments to improve and execute on client deliverables, process and output.
Manage expectations, emotions, timelines and budgets (both internally and externally).
Manage, inspire and mentor team members to ensure they perform at their peak and develop in their careers.
Discover and create new business opportunities for Scooperz (across projects and services) in communication with (new and existing) clients.
About you
This role is ideal for someone seeking a long-term career in account management in an agency, with the opportunity to work with world’s leading brands.
You are highly ambitious and motivated, and able to balance many tasks in a fast-paced environment. In addition, you've got a background in account management.
A minimum of 3 years experience in account management.
Experience at an agency is a pre, not a must.
Bachelor / university degree in a relevant field such as marketing, business, public relations, or communications and/or relevant work experience.
Excited about social media and influencer marketing.
High-level of energy and enthusiasm with a drive for creating positive outcomes.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English and/or Dutch.
Excitement to contribute to the (international) growth of Scooperz.
Invest in building a strong team by helping team members, solve conflicts and respect each other’s diversity.
